A storybook cottage in Laguna Beach, California is newly on the market. Enchanting at first look, so had me at Hello! This cottage is in lower Three Arch Bay and is in a 24 hour guard-gated community, imagine that! It is just a short little walk to a private beach, I’ll take that.
I keep staring at the small white fencing, it’s charming and screams cottage. Flagstone hugging the landscaping and driveway makes a great border. Plus, just love the patio in the front where we see two white chairs. Priced at $1,695,000, seems way out of touch of reality for this little cottage, except it’s California and we all know how much real estate is in California. If I had some extra cash lying around, I might just scoop it up for all its charm appeal.

The handy umbrella stand makes me think that out that door leads outside to the right because turning left goes into the front living room, OH, so that is where the door above I was wondering about goes.
Like the crank out bedroom windows. Sea green paint might be nice on the walls or a richer yellow.
Listing says there are 2 bedrooms, so I think that this office is the 2nd bedroom and it packs plenty of room with the two desk/chairs and the floor to ceiling cabinets.

Looking left is an arbor with mature foliage growing. Hubby Tim is always talking about building an arbor over our patio, so he would like this.
You can keep an eye on the ocean off your back patio.
A private beach area to wander down to with spectacular views. I want to dig my toes into the sand, especially since we just had our first snow here in Illinois!

I found you after you posted a sweet comment about my husband’s painting on my blog. California beach houses are VERY EXPENSIVE. We bought ours at the bottom of the market 15 years ago. We would never be able to afford our house today and it is just a tiny little 1927 cottage. I’ll be back to explore all your fun postings.
