It’s in a tropical dream setting to come home to.
I picked this model home for the kitchen because there is so much I like about it. The curve of the island, the pendant lighting, dark wide plank floors and dark countertops, and most of all the chairs; I am lovin the upholstered chairs for their comfort, color, and design. Gimme ‘em. A “well-appointed centralized kitchen” is a design concept of Arthur Rutenberg Homes.
The open lanai looks more like a living room. I am intrigued by a lanai with being from the north as this kind of room is not practical here and nor is the word lanai in our vocabulary.
Master bedroom is painted a nice tropical ocean blue and equally nice drapes with yellow accent. I found this model home on Houzz and a question on the forum was: Where to get the fan. I’ve seen fans like this at big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. That’s it, just a little post today, Enjoy ❤

The curtain rods in the blue bedroom caught my eye – did you notice that they are 2 short rods? I guess you can’t really draw the curtains close with those… I’ve never seen that before!
@House Crazy Sarah So fun that you noticed that too. I keep seeing it over and over and think to myself – am I supposed to like this; the not being able to close the curtains? I definitely like the look of it, but not the function. They must be for Looks Only.
